Refund Policy

The customer has the right to cancel the service they have requested from Burke Bros Recovery.  There will be no refunds upon cancellation and cancellation will take effect immediately. The following refund policy will only apply for customer’s cancelling within 10 minutes of Burke Bros Recovery confirming the customer’s request for service has been accepted and expected arrival time confirmed:

• If the customer cancels within the 10-minute period they will receive a full refund minus an admin and processing fee of £30
• For jobs booked more than 1 day in advance but less than 7 days in advance 12 hours’ notice of cancellation must be given.  The customer will then receive a full refund minus an admin and processing fee of £30
• For those customers who have booked a job more than 7 days in advance, at least 1 working day notice of cancellation must be given.  The customer will then receive a full refund minus an admin and processing fee of £30
• Refunds will be issued immediately Burke Bros Recovery receives notice of cancellation

Once the customer has made a cancellation it will take effect immediately.

If after cancellation the customer decides they would like the service they will be charged the full price again.  No additional refunds will be given for any service provided.
