Absolutely best service ever. The driver Tim recovered me and my children from a relatively dangerous area on the hints bypass. He arrived within the ETA and was so good to both me and my children, he went above and beyond and was a pleasure to speak too. Professional and a hard worker. Highly recommend this company the controller sorted the garage out and was also a great help. Very good experience.

My daughter’s car broke down due to overheating. James came out to assess the vehicle, he showed us some of the signs that the water pump likely needs to be replaced. He rescued the vehicle and took it to our chosen garage. James was very helpful and polite.

James came out me to when the engine in my van had given up. It was in the middle of the heatwave, and is a very dangerous spot. He first check if I was okay and gave me an ice cold bottle of water he had on the truck, then he got the van on the truck in double quick time with minimal disruption. My McLaren had a weak battery, I was stuck on the side of the road. This company called to let me know they were on the way, received a text saying how far away they were. Andrew was Very professional and helpful. He made sure we were in a safe place to load my car, covered my wheels to prevent them from getting scratched, took photos, had a check list to make sure the company had everything (keys) and information. As a woman being stuck on the side of the road it was very comforting to know I could rely on them. Thank you so much for taking great care of me.

Where do I start.. faith installed by Mark. Ovewhelmed by his care to make sure we got home. He didn't go an extra mile it was way more. He spoke with the AA to help organise us when we broke down and gave us excellent service. You could say the good old fashioned way. Service a 5 safety a 5 welfare a 5 and caring you guessed it a 5. We already had faith restored. PLEASE KEEP BEING YOU MARK. What seemed to be a disasterous end to an already trying weekend to RTTW. Was turned round to being a relaxing positive experience. Their were contracted by RAC to recover my car from Wales to Birmingham at the very last minute. Their made no promises but their did not let me down. LEE from the day shift come as fast as he could and was extremely polite and easy to talk to even the neighbours loved him. He took my car and he delivered on a promise that he get it there asap and he then phoned me and told me he did it safely. Top lad.

After a long wait for the RAC they finally contacted Burke Bros to come out to me. They were with me within 30 mins of being contacted. The driver James was friendly and professional and immediately made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and tried multiple things to get my car to run. Broke down on M6 today phoned insurance company for breakdown assistance and they sent this company out to help, the time from breakdown to recovery was 40 minutes, the chap who arrived was Chris, an extremely professional and polite person who without a doubt an instantly likeable person, who represented the company in excellent form. I wouldn’t recommend breaking down on any motorway but if you do these are the people to come to your aid.

What an amazing company. We needed recovery of our 8m, 4.5 tonne motorhome and these guys could not have been more helpful. Initially our cover hadn’t passed on the size of our vehicle but another was despatched quickly, and when we couldn’t physically get to our campsite, we were taken back to their base to stay overnight while the mechanic could look at it in the morning. From giving us water and the use of a bathroom, to pointers on where we could get a good meal, amazing. So friendly and helpful. A jumpstart the next morning and we were on our way to the dealer for a longer fix. Thank you to everyone involved, a worrying situation was made much better by these wonderful people.
